Refund policy

At Detector Plug we want you to buy with complete confidence. Because every order ships directly from our fulfilment centre, we handle any issues through refunds or replacements — there is no need to mail items back to us.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@detectorplug.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

 

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Change of mind

Because items ship directly from our warehouse, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please reach out with any questions before ordering and we will be glad to help.

 

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.
